Who said there?s a slump in Miami real estate?? Apparently, they weren?t including the uber wealthy section.? In the latest sign that luxury property is hot, especially in South Florida, an estate at 3 Indian Creek Dr. fetched $47 million, a Dade record. ?Bargains abound!
