(Memphis) Terrance Grandberry said when his Northaven home caught fire last month, he thought that was the worst.

That was until his family moved into a town home at Garden Walk in Raleigh.

?He told me he was going to bring me a stove and a refrigerator. That hasn?t even came yet,? said Grandberry about his landlord.

The apartment has several leaks, no refrigerator, no stove and broken windows.

Grandberry told us the landlord said he would fix it, but has yet to do so.

Then Grandberry got notice, after less than two weeks in the town home, that he would have to move because water to the complex is set to be cut-off.

?He was constantly giving me the run around talking about some money. I said so you are not worried about my kids??

MLGW told News Channel 3 that Garden Walk has an overdue water bill of $8,300 dollars.

The landlord, Ruebin Terrell, said it was because of,? ?of non-payment, we have a lot of leaks.?

Terrell said he did not know about the water situation until after Grandberry?s family moved in.

MLGW said the complex knew the water bill was due on November 12 but failed to pay.

?Since the water is going to be cut off, it makes no sense for me to buy a refrigerator put in there,? said Terrell.

There is also a dispute over the deposit the Grandberry?s paid and if they will get that money back.

The complex has until December 10th to pay up.

Meantime, Grandberry, his girlfriend and four kids are looking for somewhere else to live for the second time in one month.
